SHIPPING
We normally ship by United Parcel Service. Small plush toys and 8 inch Kewpie Dolls may be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Excess UPS shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
We guarantee our products to be free from defects. Items are inspected before shipping to insure that they are in perfect condition.
RETURN POLICY
**WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PORCELAIN DOLLS, MARIE OSMOND VINYL DOLLS,OR THE DOLLMAKER DOLLS. THESE DOLLS ARE COLLECTORS' ITEMS AND ONCE OPENED, CANNOT BE RE-SOLD. VINYL DOLLS, PLUSH TOYS & TEAWARE MAY BE RETURNED FOR A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE AS LONG AS THEY ARE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND WRAPPING MATERIAL AND HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURANCE ON RETURNED ITEMS. PLEASE CALL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION** The only exception to this is if your doll or teaware item has been received in damaged condition. Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will authorize you to return the damaged item for refund or exchange. Returns must be in original box with original packaging material. PLEASE CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE. Please include original invoice with your return. If you wish to return your purchase you must do so within 15 days of receipt of your order. You must contact us for a return authorization. Returned items without a return authorization will not be accepted. If you receive a broken teapot, you must report the damage within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will authorize you to return the damaged item for credit or exchange.
