PRODUCT WARRANTY

We guarantee our products to be free from defects. Each item is inspected before shipping to insure that it is in perfect condition.

**WE REGREGT THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PORCELAIN DOLLS, MARIE OSMOND VINYL DOLLS, THE DOLLMAKER PORCELAIN OR VINYL DOLLS. THEY ARE COLLECTORS' ITEMS AND ONCE OPENED THEY LOSE VALUE.** The only exception to this is if your doll has been received in damaged condition. Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will authorize you to return the damaged item for refund or exchange. Returns must be in original box with original packaging material. Please do not ship anything until you have received authorization from us. Please include original invoice with your return. SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.

Chinaware may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of your order You will be responsible for shipping and insurance on returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you wish to return your purchase you must do so within 15 days of receipt of your order. You must contact us for a return authorization. Returned items without a return authorization will not be accepted. If you receive a broken teapot item, you must report the damage within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will authorize you to return the damaged item for credit or exchange.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Paypal for online ordering through our secure shopping cart. If you prefer to order by phone, we also accept phone and faxed orders. Please do not e-mail your credit card number - it is not safe. We do not take personal checks or money orders. SPECIAL ORDERS REQUIRE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.

We ship only inside the Continental U.S. and Canada. We are sorry, but we do not ship COD.

ORDERING

It is easy to order using our secure shopping cart. Please note that shipping charges will be added to your order. UPS shipping charges are automatically calculated when you are ready for "checkout". California residents: 8.75% sales tax will be added to your order. If you order an item by mistake, simply click on the "remove" link on the order form.

**If you order multiples of the same item, the shipping calculator will automatically multiply the shipping shipping costs by the number of items ordered. In this event, shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly when we process your order. You may also contact us for quantity pricing.

SHIPPING

We normally ship by UPS standard ground service or US Postal Service. In addition to Ground shipping, we offer UPS next day, 2nd day and 3rd day. If you wish to have your order expedited, please call us at 714-558-8900 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. California time. Same day shipping is sometimes available. Express orders will be usually be shipped the day the order is placed of the order, but this is not always guaranteed unless the order is placed by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Please call us at 714-558-8900 to confirm ship date.

CANADIAN DUTIES ARE NOT CALCULATED INTO SHIPPING COSTS, AND WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THE NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

UPS does not ship to post office addresses. If you have a post office box address, please try to locate a street address for your shipment. If you wish to have a shipment expedited, please contact us at 714-558-8900, or e-mail us at angelsgalleries@att.net.

Small plush toys will normally be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or USPS Priority Mail.
